We will now get to play with percentages of each individual varietal to make a blend. We try to base it off flavor profiles & balance, but it really comes down to creating what WE LIKE. So we will have to just trust our palates and hopefully create something award winning. Plans are only to enter into the LA & NY International this coming year.
Once the blend is created, a name and label will be decided as well.
